Installation
Installation of central heating systems, boilers, fires, water heaters, wall heaters, cookers, hobs and ovens
We are fully qualified for the installation of unvented hot water systems and solar panels.
Servicing and Maintenance
Maintenance and servicing of all gas appliances. All condensing boilers have a flue gas analysis check at time of service. We recommend that all gas appliances are serviced annually to ensure reliability and safety.
Repairs
We can repair most makes of boilers and other gas appliances and we have excellent links to suppliers who can source parts. Most repairs are carried out the same day as long as parts are available.
Landlords
Over the last nine years we have enjoyed prolonged success working with landlords by servicing their property portfolios. Typically, we will schedule annual gas safety checks and issue certificates, install or repair appliances and central heating systems and attend to general plumbing repairs. However, we can work reactively when needed and on installation of gas appliances and central heating systems as part of wide scale renovation projects.
We keep a database of all landlords’ properties with job histories and visits - important when getting access to properties is difficult.
Grant Funded Projects
We process grants available from local authorities and are registered with the Warm Front 300 heating scheme for customers who are over 60 years of age and not in receipt of benefit. Call us to see if you qualify for a grant in your area regardless of age.
